We designed the BidQuote™on-line Request for Proposal (RFP) system to mirror your traditional purchasing processes as closely as possible to include support for developing bids, choosing the appropriate vendors, issuing requests for bids, receiving proposals, evaluating proposals and selecting the winning vendor and then managing the delivery of the service.
Providers submit an application for admission into the BidQuote™ network indicating their qualifications and services offered	BidQuote™ notifies buyers of the providers that will bid on their project.
Buyers select the services that most closely match their project needs from the list provided, along with the location of the project	Bids are completed by the providers and posted to the BidQuote™ site
Buyers review Providers information on-line and select the providers from whom they want to receive bids	Once buyers receive the bids, BidQuote™ provides tools to compare bids so buyers can select the best provider for their project
Buyers complete an online bid request for the specific services needed	Upon completion of each project, BidQuote™ surveys both the provider and the client to ensure the quality of service
