Mr. Skamser has an exceptional twenty (20) year record of selling complex technology into the Global 1000 marketplace.  Further, he has “hands-on” experience in product management, strategic alliances, mergers & acquisitions, finance and corporate management.  He have been a senior executive with both private and public companies and therefore has managed large profit and loss centers, large revenue expectations and large multi-discipline staffs. He has worked for start-ups, restarts and with established companies in hyper-growth and expansion stages. He has has successfully crafted and implemented multi-million dollar national marketing campaigns and built and led high caliber aggressive sales teams selling multi-million dollar enterprise class solutions to large corporations worldwide.  He has developed partnerships and formed alliances throughout the world with some of the best know companies in the high tech industry.

He is a strategic thinker but can think outside the box with a high-energy can do attitude and an in-depth understanding of both technology and business.  He has excellent written and public presentation skills with years of experience pitching C level executives, industry analysts, the press and Wall Street.  He is  open, effective communicator and relationship builder at all levels of the organization, with the ability to motivate people, create enthusiasm and generate excitement.  He is a consummate dealmaker with proven skills in negotiating and closing complex transactions.

It enables buyers to quickly and easily submit requests to multiple providers via a secure on-line marketplace and then manage the entire RFX process (RFI, RFQ, RFP) with a set of easy to use web-based tools.

Mr. Skamser is one of the founding partners of BidQuote and has been working with the company in numerous supporting functions since 2003.  In March 2005 he became the President and CEO to assist with building corporate infrastructure, raising money and completing the successful installation of its initial base of customers.

Inknowvations, LLP is a global management consulting firm specializing in customer centric solutions such as strategic development, business plan development,  venture capital, sales training and mentoring, executive coaching and internet marketing.  Historically targeting the Global 1000, Inknowvations has recently begun to develop solutions for the SMB market in the Western US .

Mr. Skamser  joined Inknowvations in 2004 and in  January of 2005 became a Partner with responsibility for day-to-day operations.  In addition, he was responsible for management of the Western US Sales Region and the company’s International business.

Mr. Skamser was the Director of Strategic Accounts with responsibility for managing business development, sales and services worldwide for accounts within the high technology, manufacturing and telecommunications markets such GE, Intel, Cisco, Texas Instruments, HP, Version, Sprint, Agilent, Oracle, Tektronix, Sanmina-SCI, Dell, Micron Technology and Panasonic.  He left Telelogic at the end of 2004 to join Inknowvations, LLP.

Mr. Skamser  joined New Technology Ventures, LLC (NTV) in 1998 to build their emerging software and telecommunications consulting practice. Since that time, it has grown into a well-known technology accelerator that assists high-tech companies from startup through high growth and expansion stages. They specialize in writing strategic business and marketing plans, arranging initial funding, forming early partnerships, assembling and managing technology teams to create initial prototypes, creating industry awareness with analysts and press, building corporate infrastructure and recruiting executive management.  In addition, they work with larger companies in the eCommerce marketplace to assist with technology selections, marketing plans and wide range of business development and sales and marketing activities.

Through the work that Mr. Skamser did with NTV, he become a well known product positioning and marketing authority in the industry regarding eCRM, ERP, SFA, Supply Chain and Collaboration solutions as well as IAI, EAI, XML, SOAP and other Internet related technologies.  Please note that during his  tenure with New Technology Ventures, he worked with several very high profile companies in the technology market as listed below.

3i Networks, Inc. (January 2001 - May 2001)

3i Networks, Inc. is an emerging leader in the new Internet Application Integration (IAI) marketplace.  The company has developed a new class of massively scalable, highly secure XML and SOAP-based Application-to-Application (A2A) integration technology for e-business solution providers and enterprises wanting to integrate their disparate applications and provide access to them over the Internet as web services.

Mr. Skamser was recruited as President and CEO in January of 2001 after an initial investment by NTV, to transform the company from a struggling Application Service Provider (ASP) hosting Java based CRM and ERP applications into an emerging software development and technology provider in the new Internet Application Integration (IAI) market.  As per his assignment, he sold the ASP business for $500K, reorganized the workforce and wrote a new business plan positioning the company as a restart to the venture capital community in search of $6M in funding.  3i Networks was unable to get the appropriate funding and therefore sold its technology to the Department of Defense in late 200.

ebaseOne Corporation (OTCBB:EBAS) (August 1999 -  August 2000)

Mr. Skamser took over as President and CEO in August of 1999 after serving as acting COO since June of 1999 as part of an investment from New Technology Ventures, LLC. he molded ebaseOne into one of the emerging leaders in the $20 billion Application Service Provider (ASP) marketplace.  His accomplishments include securing $10 million in financing in November of 1999, recruiting a world-class management team, building a industry leading 18,000 sq. ft. network operations center in Houston, forming a partnership with Level 3 Communications and building an initial carrier grade data center in Houston, forming partnerships with Cisco, Sun, HP, Marimba, Portal Software, negotiating subscription based license agreements with Saleslogix, Great Plains, Logility, Microsoft and Remedy, increasing the number of employees from 15 to over 100 and signing 35 fully hosted customers representing over $15M in bookings in less than 6 months.  He returned to his position with New Technology Ventures fulltime in August of 2000 when the board of directors voted to reject a restructuring proposal in order to secure the next round of funding from Alex Brown.

Applied Voice Recognition, Inc. (OTCBB: EDOC)  (1997-1998)

Mr. Skamser  joined Applied Voice Recognition shortly after it went public in 1997.  He was responsible for building and managing all corporate operations including sales and marketing, research and development, customer service, finance, human resources, facilities and MIS. Immediately upon joining, he reworked the company’s business focus and authored a business plan in 1997 that resulted in a successful private placement of $5 million and enabled the Company to develop and release one of the first continuous speech recognition products in the retail consumer marketplace.

Based upon the weakness of the retail speech marketplace, he again reworked the company’s focus in 1998 and engineered a business reorganization plan that resulted in securing $3 million in interim funding, merging the company’s retail software business with a major international high technology distributor and reorganizing its operations to build speech technology to support the medical transcription marketplace.

During his tenure with Applied Voice Recognition, Mr. Skamser  increased annual revenues from $375,000 in 1996 to $2,113,000 in 1997.  Mr. Skamser left in March of 1998 to join New Technology Ventures, LLC.

Dynasty Technologies, Inc.  (1991-1996)

Mr. Skamser  helped guide Dynasty from a startup to one of the world leaders in the enterprise class, object oriented, cross platform application development tools market.  During his six years with the Company, he was involved in and responsible for many aspects of the business.  In addition to co-authored multiple Dynasty business plans that resulted in securing over $27 million in venture capital, he was responsible for directing and coordinating all business development activities concerned with establishment of new distribution channels, major customers and technical and strategic partnerships worldwide.  He directed all activities to establish Dynasty’s presence in Japan and Korea . In addition, he provided ongoing business development support for establishing and maintaining European distribution in France , Germany , Italy , the Scandinavian countries, and the U.K.    In addition, Mr. Skamser was also primarily responsible for all aspects of establishing partnerships with technology and marketing partners, including, identifying potential partners, reviewing technology, and negotiating and writing contracts.  Further, he authored and/or managed the creation of Dynasty’s sales and marketing materials including product overviews, product positioning statements, corporate brochures, technical whitepapers and PowerPoint sales presentations.  In addition, he prepared and conducted press and analyst presentations for three (3) major product releases and worldwide press tours.  Other ongoing responsibilities included participation on the corporate product planning committee, major account management, company spokesman to press and analyst and preparation and delivery of speeches at major international Tradeshows and seminars worldwide. Mr. Skamser left Dynasty in 1996 to become President and COO of Applied Voice Recognition, Inc.
